ReStore donations come from all kinds of sources — from your neighbor after a finished home project to a large restaurant chain with old furniture after remodeling. We unfortunately do not have the resources to deconstruct or dismantle any items that wish to be donated. We recommend contacting the Deconstruction and Reuse Network for this service. If a Habitat homeowner chooses to sell a home, HCR has a right of first refusal to purchase the home—matching the price the homeowner has been offered on the open market. If we purchase the home, HCR renovates it and sells it to another qualified moderate-income homebuyer.
