The following dates are the scheduled CMS Driver Education Program classes for Charlotte Catholic High School. These Driver Education classes will be held on the Charlotte Catholic High School Campus and are only available to Charlotte Catholic High School students. Students will need to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate on the first day of class. Other items needed are a pen and paper to take notes during the classes and a copy of the receipt of payment. If you have questions regarding the licensure of the commercial driver education school your student will attend, contact NCDMV​. All of our teenage driver’s education classes are online until further notice.

Helms Driving School is a licensed, bonded, and NC DMV approved school. All licenses must be have been reinstated if previously suspended for academic grades or report cards. Those who have their license reinstated after it was suspended for academic reasons can continue to use the license if it is in their possession. Jordan Driving School Charlotte is the exclusive contract provider of publicly-funded driver education for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System. Jordan Driving School is the exclusive contract provider of publicly-funded driver education for the Wake County School System. Once the student has completed the course, they can bring their Certificate of Completion to the high school front desk in order to obtain an NC Driving Eligibility Certificate. This certificate is required for Learners Permit testing and expires 30 days after the date it is issued. Saturday Classes are available to all students attending any school in Mecklenburg County.

Students attending schools outside of North Carolina can obtain an eligibility certificate from the public school they would normally attend if they were not enrolled in an out-of-state school. Completing a driver's education course will put you one step closer to meeting the requirements of your learner's permit and getting behind the wheel with your first driver's license.

We offer one-on-one training where we deal with one student at a time. During our behind-the-wheel sessions, we give our students' full attention so that when they get out of the car, they will feel confident in their driving and be safe drivers on the road. Whether you need to improve your driving skills or practice driving in order to take the driving test to get your driver’s license, we have you covered. Take as many classes as you need in order to feel confident enough to pass the driver’s test.

We use our cars and can arrange to pick you up at your location. There must be a minimum of 30 students paid on the first day of class, or the class will be cancelled. If a class is cancelled because of insufficient numbers, those students who have already paid the fee will need to call the Jordan Driving School office to be moved to another class session.
